The Beginning

Brenda Treasure set up the business in 1994 after working for large accountancy firms for longer than she cares to remember. She has been an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation since 1985. The sole purpose of the venture was to provide a fixed price quality service of preparing Tax Returns for individuals.

John Valentine, by then her husband, joined the firm in 1996. He left his position as a senior partner in a large firm and decided to make a lifestyle change. He started life as a Fully Trained Inspector of Taxes and was accepted into the Chartered Institute of Taxation as a Fellow in 1992.

Now...

We now offer a full service to individuals and businesses managed by their owners. As well as filing the personal Tax Returns for clients we also prepare accounts and advise on tax efficient ways of doing business. More and more we are being called in to deal with investigations, whether of the accounts of the business, an individual's Tax Return or a PAYE visit by the Revenue. And the dogs?
