We try and tailor our service to each client. We tend to be informal and to focus on the issue on hand, whether it be a large tax investigation or a small tax return for a retired pensioner.

We are pleased if our clients call us to talk about any tax issues, or business issues, they are having. It keeps us in touch with them and with what is going on in their world. We believe it is right to keep this dialogue open and so we do not charge for every phone call or email but set an annual fee in advance and stick to it.
